Do you accept health insurance for these memberships?
No, we do not accept insurance. By operating on a self-pay, cash-based membership model, we can bypass insurance delays, avoid strict authorization hurdles, and provide immediate access to premium compounded medications.
Is baseline lab work required before I can start?
Yes. Patient safety is our top priority. We require a recent blood panel from within the last six months that reviews metabolic health, kidney function, and thyroid function. You may bring your own recent labs, or we can order them for you at an exclusive low self-pay rate.
How do the medication dose upgrades work?
Everyone starts on a low foundational dose to help ensure the medication is tolerated comfortably. As your body adapts and your healthcare provider determines that a dose increase is clinically appropriate, you will transition to the next membership tier to cover the higher prescription volume.
Can I switch between semaglutide and tirzepatide?
Yes. If you experience persistent side effects or reach a weight-loss plateau, your medical provider can safely transition you between medications at your next weekly check-in. Your monthly membership rate will adjust to the corresponding medication pricing.
What is your cancellation or pause policy?
We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel or pause your membership. Because medications are ordered and customized specifically for you through our partner compounding pharmacy, refunds cannot be offered once a monthly vial has been prepared.
